I feel like one star is misleading. One star is too many stars to give after our experience with this individual. He didn’t even earn that. After reading my experience with this individual or company, you might agree. Toward the end of July our HVAC died. We contacted our home warranty and they sent one group out that could do nothing. I was just charged $75 by my home warranty company for service this man did not do. The morning of, he told us on the outing he doesn't work on our type of wall unit (whatever that means). He never even came to my house. I've been trying to resolve this since June. It's now October. Do not use this company or American Home Shield for home warranty either.
This contractor was assigned to me through my home warranty company. He was unable to fix the A/C and blamed it on the manufacturer sending a faulty part and said he would be back with a replacement part. Never came back and did not keep his word multiple times over the course of 1.5 to 2 months of trying to get A/C repaired. Didn’t keep appointment times on multiple occasions. If you have an A/C issue, I would not recommend, especially if it is a complex issue.
Well we never really used this company cause he keep promising to come out and never did and then lied about saying when he would be here. Don't use Brian. He is very rude
I called Integrity Mechanical Service and spoke to Brian and was blessed by his timely response. Not only was he timely, but he showed up and diagnosed my HVAC system within minutes at my home and got it up and working quickly. I talked with him and he really knows his stuff and I would recommend him to anyone I know as he is very professional and genius with his trade. We now have our heat working and don't have to live in a cold house during the end of winter! So grateful for Integrity Mechanical Service and Brian !
