I called on a Sunday for an urgent concern as we were renting for the week on the lake and our boat wasn't starting. Greg not only answered, but walked me through some troubleshooting and provided a few options for a go forward plan. Luckily, he had a few additional ideas to try and we were successful in getting the motor to start. My boat has had a fuel delivery issue since I bought it. I needed to be able to drop it off for service as I was headed out of town for a few weeks. Greg agreed to let me drop it off on a Saturday. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, but the parts took a while to arrive, but it was quickly repaired once they arrived. Overall a great service. Thank you Greg.
Greg was awesome to work with. He worked on my Force motor when no one else would. He was prompt, professional, thorough, and a great communicator. There will be no hesitation in contacting him again should the need arise.
