Bruce is the best. I have had two refinances with Integrity Lending, the first after my mother passed, and the second so I could pay off debt incurred building my business. BOTH time, the process was very simple, quick, and I closed within ten days of first contact with Bruce. I have tried the "big boy" banks, and no way would I ever try them again.
