They do great work, but if there is a problem they will not fix it. If you hire them I advise withholding at least 25% of the payment until you know there are no defects and all plants are living. I ended up with $500 worth of dead shrubs and integrity did not correct the problem. The owner refused to reimburse me when he couldn't replace the plants. (He put in writing that he would reimburse since he could not replace, then stated he wouldn't.) I eventually replaced them myself at my own expense. So beware! Withhold payment... read more
