Just a disaster. Absolutely nothing was ordered properly, and nothing fit when it arrived. Non-existent follow-up, and here we are four months after the scheduled project completion date, and things are still not completed. I wonder how Ben stays in business, as it's the most poorly run business I've experienced in quite some time. Contractors will tell you to run, don't walk, away from this business.
Ben designed a functional, attractive, kitchen with a free standing abstract granite piece for family dining, game playing and activity oriented and drawer space it is a perfect design for multigenerational family and friend use. . Each placement of appliances and dedicated drawer space maximize ease of use. In additional multiple people can easily work cooking.. I have owned several houses and reconstructed 2 kitchens. Integrity Kitchen & Bath did an excellent job with the layout, design and installation of our new kitchen and dry bar. Ben was a pleasure to work with - he brought innovative ideas, listened to our goals, and used his experience to create a beautiful, inviting kitchen that exceeded our expectations. I have had Integrity Kitchen and Bath to my home several times. I have had three bathroom refreshers which has included new counters, sinks, faucets and other upgrades. I was delighted with all of it. I appreciated the attention to detail and the quality customer service. As a result, I have decided to go with this company for a full kitchen renovation. Working with Ben and Jordan has been a delight.
The devotion to providing the best customer service through kindness and high quality service resonated with me when my parents renovated their kitchen and bathroom.
