We hired Integrity to remodel 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. Long negative review ahead. Do not work with this company. As the saying goes, they will pee on your leg and tell you it’s raining. Note that I offered Ben (the owner) the chance to read this review before I posted it. He refused, stating, “I think I know where we went wrong”- so none of the below will be a shock. Old Orchard Beach . Josh Trembley , make sure ask estimate & written contract first . We learned our lesson .Toilet removed & replaced new one $ 185/ hr labor. It took 7 hours labor . Total bill more than $1500 . Unbelievable!!! Job was ok , nothing special !!!!
Just a disaster. Absolutely nothing was ordered properly, and nothing fit when it arrived. Non-existent follow-up, and here we are four months after the scheduled project completion date, and things are still not completed. I wonder how Ben stays in business, as it's the most poorly run business I've experienced in quite some time. Contractors will tell you to run, don't walk, away from this business.
Ben designed a functional, attractive, kitchen with a free standing abstract granite piece for family dining, game playing and activity oriented and drawer space it is a perfect design for multigenerational family and friend use. . Each placement of appliances and dedicated drawer space maximize ease of use. In additional multiple people can easily work cooking.. I have owned several houses and reconstructed 2 kitchens.
