Integrity Irrigation should change their name to Dishonesty Irrigation or better yet, Irresponsibility Irrigation. First of all, it is borderline impossible to get them on the phone. When I finally scheduled an appointment for a repair on May 1st, they never showed up. I called twice on May 2nd and didn't get a return call until today May 3rd. Kyle and the integrity are the best! We own a home in a new construction development in Jackson and contacted Kyle after meeting several other irrigation contractors. Kyle's integrity, knowledge, and great pricing were several factors why we decided to go with him. He always called us back when we needed to speak with him.
