They are supposed to be a representative of Blue Cross and are supposed to be an intermediary so you don’t have to deal with Blue Cross. I have been with them for 7 years. They keep discontinuing my plans. Then the ‘next’ plan is double the price. They can’t get the spelling of my last name right. Today they wanted me to contact Blue Cross directly. I am so glad I signed up with Integrity for my Medicare Supplement and prescription plan. I have a place to call and receive answers almost immediately. I start Medicare soon and am learning things from friends that I am uncertain about. I just call Integrity, share my concern, and receive an explanation which eases my concern. Im frankly surprised to see high ratings. Every year at sign up time is constant mistakes on policies and money, misinformation, poor customer service. They either have the wrong information or blame mistakes on bcbs. Im questioning my own reasoning for even using this company another year.
