My insurance changed without me agreeing to it . It was for house insurance. Now I'm trying to get my roof fix and mold has set in from the roof leaking I cant afford to fix because I have a 5,000 dollar deduction which left me with 5,000 dollars to pay on my own. So now I have to sell my house because it has mold growing and we can't live there . I will never use Integrity again

After 12 years we realized we were being charged double the cost because they were pulling a driving record that showed 4 accidents - when in reality we had 0 accidents. We had no idea we were being overcharged because we blindly trusted Mike was doing us right. My policy was cancelled for nonpayment 9 days AFTER they took my payment which was AUTO deducted. We tried to get in contact with Mike who ignored us for 2 days (yes 2 days no insurance) when we were finally able to get in contact with Mike to ask why our policy was ... read more
