We have had integrity for 7 months, the a.c worked great, how ever the heat has not worked well at all we have had many issues and contacted the office many times, they are lacking help with techs. We have had 2 techs out here. The first one didn't know what he was talking about. The second one was real nice and took the time to talk with me. He does have to come back because of tech support. From day one I have had a great experience with Integrity! Emily came out to evaluate and was super friendly and helpful, gave me a great price and helped with financing. Then promptly the next day the new unit was installed! Zach and Wayner were both professional and tidy. They did the job in less time than estimated! I would highly recommend calling Integrity heating and air for your home
