In 2004 I purchased a mobile home from Shawn of Integrity Mobile Homes in New Deal, Texas. Shawn told me he was bringing an identical model from Oklahoma that was in better condition. I stressed to him that it had to be identical. The home he delivered and set up on my dad's property was in fact SMALLER IN SQUARE FOOTAGE than the Lakeside model I selected. I would Rate this company 0 Stars if I could, Its been almost three yrs. Shawn never came to fix the house, he stopped answering our calls. I even started writing him, We had some people come out and look at the house, and they said the house is literally splitting down the middle. So in January we stopped making payments, In then finally in May we heard from Shawn, who said he would send somebody out, but they never showed, then he called us in June 2013 telling us that we had to pay him before he would have the house fixed... read more
