Unreliable Workers. They make commitments that they do not keep. One untruth after another. They dropped a large potted plant into our pool. Their follow up is poor. Once they get paid, they will ghost you. Their business name includes the word Integrity, that is not what we have experienced

Horrible customer service! We were told to leave a good review and then lied to! The technician told us we would get 2 free maintenance checks on the brand new unit we purchased. After only receiving the 1st, the 2nd one was canceled by the technician because "an emergency" came up. When we called back to reschedule, we were told that both checks were used and they refused to honor the 2nd one that was canceled. This company has no integrity whatsoever and should be ashamed to call themselves by that name!

Got a whole new unit installed 2 years ago and was told I had lifetime maintenance. When I called they said no I just have 2 free maintenances. Fine, I let it go then I go to call for my second free maintenance they tell me I dont have it available. At no point did anyone tell me theres a time limit to the maintenance and there shouldnt be if I was told I get 2 free. Avoid. I hired Integrity Home Solutions to install a water heater and water softener — both were done poorly and needed rework, and the water heater install left me with broken pipes they had to return multiple times to fix. Getting a callback was nearly impossible; they only responded once I threatened legal action, and this was all after they'd been paid. This company hired someone who does inappropriate things in customers houses and uses the work vehicle to hook up. Joe the Plumber needs a job that doesnt include working with people as what he does in their homes is very disturbing and disrespectful. He's doing the same thing at his new company, how he gets away with it I'll never know.
