Please read for a fair opinion, while the customer service is amazing, pricing and service for me personally has been a nightmare, single older female, I bought the maintenance service contract for plumbing, hvac and electrical. I had hvac out in August to for maintenance, they found many items that needed attention so I go the blue light and cleaning done, it was like $2300. A week into November, I need $6900 worth of work done, and we know the $5000 rule if its more than replace. So I ask for a quote to replace, since the ... read more
