Avoid. I hired Integrity Home Solutions to install a water heater and water softener — both were done poorly and needed rework, and the water heater install left me with broken pipes they had to return multiple times to fix. Getting a callback was nearly impossible; they only responded once I threatened legal action, and this was all after they'd been paid. This company hired someone who does inappropriate things in customers houses and uses the work vehicle to hook up. Joe the Plumber needs a job that doesnt include working with people as what he does in their homes is very disturbing and disrespectful. He's doing the same thing at his new company, how he gets away with it I'll never know.

Sold me a 3.5 ton unit when my home only needs 1.5 ton. This caused issues with my ducts that I didn’t find until 2 years later. I had a load report done and found out I was taken for an additional $5,000-$7,000 because I didn’t get a second opinion. Nothing to do now since it’s been years but I’m still mad about being exploited like that.

Jason L was amazing. Highly recommend. UPDATE: DO NOT work with this company! They are a scam! Every time we allowed them to come in for an expection, they tried to push costly repairs. They tried to charge me a renewal when I repeated declined any of their services. I've never dealt with such an unethical company.
