I went into the store for the first time to get some replacement parts and supplies for my CPAP. Bob made sure I had the correct parts and explained why I might need some additional parts. He was not upselling me - just making sure I was doing what I could to keep my machine working well. It was a very good experience.

My mother needed help with her walker and the staff at Integrity was so kind to help not just once, but twice, to get work done. They also explained Medicare options for getting her a new walker if needed. The friendliest staff I've ever met; We will definitely be back for my mom's needs in the future.
