Supposed to send workers who have insurance to take me for appointments, groceries etc. They are sending workers who don't even have drivers license or insurance for passengers. Also mileage is higher than others (.83 km).
Hired them to help my MIL to remain independent more comfortably. All they have done is take up her time and call in with an emergency 9 times out of 10. Instead of spending her hard earned time the way she likes, she spends it chasing them and waiting on them to show. When they do show, she has to reorganize after them, they do not listen or take instructions.
