Do not recommend this organization for service or for employment. I've heard so many horror stories from clients with care workers, the turn over for employees to an unreal. They are constantly changing staff and care givers for clients and are very dishonest with their core values. They prioritize money over quality care. are full of broken promises. They accept mistreatment towards clients as long as it's providing the bare minimum. Provides no stability for clients or employees.
I was hired with integrity and I asked if they could allow me a short period( 1 week)of time to move to our new home and I could start work,I was told by someone in the office to come into the office so I could be fully set up to start work.I arrive when told and managers had no idea I was arriving and was told that they hired more people after hiring me in my area and that they had no work for me and that I should send out integrity business cards and I might get work which I did send out cards to the community.No email,no ... read more
