From the time I called about my breakdown to the time I paid and left it was a great experience, the staff and owner himself could not have been any better, they made my bad day into a great experience, I would 100% recommend them to anybody! Prices are more than fair, experience is top notch, if you’re in the area and have a vehicle problem, make them your first call!
I don’t know where to begin. The tailpipe fell off my rv during my cross Canada road trip. On a diesel that’s not a good thing. About 60km later we came across a sign for Integrity Heavy Repair. A few km after that we pulled into the shop. I can’t begin express the fantastic service Tex provided to us. Service like that is hard to come by these days. He got us on our way in an hour. We are driving across Canada and required repair to our RV. We saw the sign on the highway for Integrity up ahead, so we pulled in and had the absolute, best service imaginable from Tex. The name of his business really is true and it is wonderful to have awesome service, especially these days when it can be hard to come by. Thanks for everything and for sending us on our way!
Repaired a broken levelling valve on my trailer within 1 hour of showing up and not having the part on hand, definitely worth stopping if truck repair is needed
