We lost heat on a Friday night in the middle of the coldest part of winter (go figure ). I wasn’t sure if I could get anyone out Saturday morning. Thankfully Cameron answered promptly, was very polite, and was able to send someone out that day to take a look at our furnace. Morgan was a gem! He was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. These guys did a great job. I called them on a Friday and Cameron came out that afternoon, diagnosed the problem on a thirty year old system. Provided a quote to replace with new system later that evening. After I gave him the go ahead they ordered the parts and made an appointment for the next Tuesday. They arrived on time and the install went off without a hitch.

Highly recommended! I came home to having no heat during the first real snow storm of the year. Cameron answered the call for emergency help where 4 other companies did not answer. He was able to diagnose and fix a minor issue, and restore heat during a storm which I am sure many others would have waited to pass before performing a service call. Above and beyond customer service!

This business truly cares about the human aspect of their business. Like Les Schwab, they do the right thing. And they do it well! It's not about machines, parts & dollars. It's about keeping families comfortable and their homes operating in the perfect temp to do the things they love inside without even thinking about that unit outside. Integrity Heating and Cooling service was a fantastic experience. We had an unexpected issue and we gave them a call. They were timely in their communication and showed up earlier than expected. Nothing against the other companies but their name says it all when it came to working with us. I highly recommend them and they have our business from here on out! Thank you Integrity!!!
