Excellent company. Got an appointment for next day. Morgan was friendly and very informative. Fixed the problem with air conditioner within 45 minutes and the price was very reasonable. I had a different problem with the fan on my air conditioner and came out right away and fixed it with no charge.
Found out our A/C stopped working Friday evening when we returned home to 83 degrees in the house. Luckily it was already cooling down outside so we just opened windows and survived the night. Saturday morning I started calling HVAC companies and nobody was answering, I left messages with 4 companies and the only phone call I received back within 5 minutes was Cameron with Integrity Heating and Cooling. The whole team was amazing! I would recommend them to everybody. The price was affordable and they did a great job.
My air conditioning unit was leaking causing the filters to get wet. They don't carry filters on their truck and stopped at Walmart to buy some before they came to my house.
Integrity Heating & Cooling installed a new HVAC system a little over a year ago after evaluating & providing options for repair of my existing, then 25 year old system. I am very pleased with the new unit as well as their work and the fact that there was no pressure to purchase a new system, just a realistic assessment of what it would cost to repair the individual components in a piecemeal fashion as different parts wore out and needed repair or replacement.
