He’s unable to keep appointments. Worst company ever. We set a 9am appointment he shows up at some point earlier i didn’t hear a knock. It’s not even 9 and I message him and he’s at his next job?
Been using Mike for the last year or more now , between a new water heater install and yearly maintenance for furnace and central air and fixing some leaking valves , it’s always a pleasure having him over , very friendly and professional, on time or earlier every time , love getting a heads up txt that he’s on his way , pricing is really affordable and perfect craftsmanship, leaves the work area better than he found it , I have nothing bad to say at all , would give 10 stars if I was allowed to! I called Mike when my water heater died and there was no way for me to get it back on. It was negative degrees outside and I couldn’t be without heat. Mike not only tried to help me get the water heater back on until he could get there but he spent the entire day taking out the old one and putting in a new one AND hooking up a new thermostat for me. I had Mike come by to service our gas furnace on Wednesday. He saw that there was no drain so he had to install one. He came back Friday, today and took care of that and checked the furnace out and we are good to go. Mind you I just message him Wednesday Morning so he is very quick to respond. I will make sure that I send people his way.
