Hired Mark to install a small garage furnace. Charged us for multiple service calls (over $800), took a new circuit board with no payment, broke a table because his helper stood on it instead of using his ladder, have asked three times for a written company receipt for work done and paid for (still not received). We will NEVER use this guy or company again!

Integrity Heating And Air Conditioning has provided service to members of my immediate family on four separate occasions, at three different locations over the last 3 years. Immediate service on two occasions, when heat was out during frigid weather. Mark, just this week, replaced the furnace at my son's house. He could have performed $400 in repairs on the 20 year old furnace to restart the heat on Saturday night; but thoroughly explained the benefits of putting that money toward replacement.
