It seems more difficult than ever to find an honest and upstanding business these days. Ricardo, Thomas, and Joe from Integrity were fantastic. I admit that I was nervous reaching out to them, but our furnace went out on one of the coldest weekends in our area. The Integrity team was able to get out on the weekend and get us back up and running, and they were capable of getting the job done efficiently and at an honest and acceptable price. Great service heat went out right when it started to get cold. They came right out and looked at the unit told me what I needed and got right on it and knocked it out so we were warm. Zach, Thomas, Ricardo and Evan were Great. They took good care of us. Everyone in the company made you feel welcome.
Thomas ran a new dryer vent hose in less than an hour… even though it goes into my crawl space. Now my towels are dry in 30 minutes instead of 4 hours! Tomorrow they’re putting in new ductwork so my house will be warmer/cooler. I’m so excited for a reduced energy bill! Thanks, Thomas!
