I called Integrity, and said I had water dripping from the indoor part of my heat pump. I suggested I thought it was a clogged drain. Whomever answered ( didn't give his name) informed me how to clear the drain, and how to prevent it in the future. I followed his advice and fixed it myself. He also told me that if it can wait until Monday it would be almost 1/2 the price. This is how communities should work!
This company is great! Called to make an appointment because my AC was blowing hot air ( and expected it to be a while). I was told they would come out that same day! Turned out to be a minor problem that they fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
