There is such a thing about customer service but here they go beyond. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything with an instructor approach so you thoroughly understand. Very professional. Highly recommend

Mom was given a thorough hearing test. The facility is state of the art and clean. The service is excellent for her, she came in for free follow up check ups and could describe what she needed and they would make the adjustments.
