This isn't my first massage, but I have never had a massage like this! I came in with knots all over and limited mobility in my right shoulder. Ben was able to pinpoint the problem and release the pain.
I always feel better when I leave than when I came. Most recently I complained about ankle pain. I could not stand on my toes without pain. The massage worked out the inflammation. I was able to flex my ankle and stand on my tippy toes without pain. Thank you Integrity Health. I am a customer for life!

Integrity Health has helped me get back to moving with their intense medical massage which has improved movement and performance in my shoulders, back, hip flexors, and calves. They are very encouraging and really listen. They have addressed all my concerns and have come up with treatment plans that have improved my overall quality of life especially after retirement from the military.
This was my best massage experience EVER! She told me what I needed to continue at home to keep my shoulders relaxed and stress free. I can’t sing her praises enough. I think her name is Kyla.
