HORRIBLE. The turnover rate for providers speaks for itself. Not sure if it’s management or what, but there’s a reason they can’t keep providers. There’s a particular nurse, Kerrie, who is absolutely hateful and unprofessional. Front office staff has discussed loudly other patient’s business on two occasions when I’ve been in the waiting room or either have their screaming children they bring to work distracting them from assisting patients. Don’t recommend.

I am not a paitient. I reciently accompanied a family member to a Dr appt at "Integrity" Health and i was disgusted by the staff members attitude toward their patients. With the front window wide open and anything but their inside voice, I could hear staff discussing a patient that had called to ask for med refills. Complaining that a patient had called multiple times that day. One staff member said loudly ill just call them back and tell them they aren't getting a refill at all.
