I am not a paitient. I reciently accompanied a family member to a Dr appt at "Integrity" Health and i was disgusted by the staff members attitude toward their patients. With the front window wide open and anything but their inside voice, I could hear staff discussing a patient that had called to ask for med refills. Complaining that a patient had called multiple times that day. One staff member said loudly ill just call them back and tell them they aren't getting a refill at all.
