Dave came highly recommended from multiple people in the Cleveland area. I wanted to have my grandmothers diamond, my mothers diamond and my engagement ring made into one ring. Dave went the extra mile for me, explaining the process, making suggestions along the way and on one occasion even meeting with me in COLUMBUS where I live. Diamond Dave has bent over backwards designing, revising, and creating custom pieces for me with end results that are just incredible. He has met up with me outside of the store on multiple occasions to save me trips and to make sure we had everything we needed, has ordered parts special, and has been more than fair to make sure the end product was something special.
