I was so impressed!! We bought a screen door and install. There was a small mixup on the install. When I called to ask about it, they understood and actually ordered a replacement to take care of the mixup. No questions asked! Their customer service was over the top refreshing.
We received incredible service from Integrity Glass. After a cube truck hit the driver’s door mirror in the tunnel between Wenatchee and Chelan, Sean dropped everything to immediately take us to the glass shop by the airport. He custom cut a piece of glass and glue it to the shroud. All for just a “thank you.” What a quality business, with old fashioned customer service, in the beautiful city of Chelan. They say they're gonna be here they don't show up take some months to get back to you they give you a date they're coming they don't cthey don't come that's just my experience
