1000dollars and still no working garage door after two visits and I am a 78 senior citizen! No remedy jus want to bill me for another service call at 500 a pop!
Zach of Integrity Garage Door changed the rollers and did maintenance work on our garage door last weekend. Zach did a great job. He arrived on time and answered all our questions and concerns. He then did a thoroughly professional job in a very short period of time. Our garage door is now very quiet and we are very happy.
Called them on Saturday with a broken garage door lift issue. They couldn't get to it on Saturday but did show up on Sunday as promised. Zack was the technician who explained what the problem was and what it would cost to fix it. He was very professional and went to work right away and had the lift system replaced in just over an hour. He made sure everything was correct, and all hardware was tight before he left. the door operates much smoother and quieter now.
