Legitimately, the difference between using them and *** *** and **** from a day labor corner pick up site is that one has insurance and lifetime guarantee and the other will be upfront with admitting lack of skill but will give it a try. When interior piers are to be installed, the only way to get to them is to go through the floor. Unfortunately, sometimes this requires us to pull flooring up. This is something that was communicated with the customer. Our office also communicated this with the customer when scheduling the repairs.
