completely replace hardwood floor Terrible, my worse experience with contractors ever. Rich is operating as Integrity Floor Company and also as Hollywood Floor Company. He collected money for the materials on May 5th, at the beginning of June completed the demolition, installed 1/3 of the hardwood and ran out of the materials. Gave a number of stories about missing hardwood, including the one where the warehouse sold the floor he paid for to another customer.
