Called and spoke with Mr Jacob at the conroe TX Location. Very nice and patient gentleman. I own a small trucking company. I needed a radiator installed on my Freightliner in August of 2023. I bought a brand new aluminum radiator that should last a long time. Well it started leaking a little at first and got worse and worse until it was a stream of coolant coming out. Sent it to a better shop and they found missing mounting bolts on both sides, a damaged mounting braket, and the biggest issue was a bolt too long for where it was installed, it went right into the radiator. Highly recommend this place for tractor trailer repair, or fabrication. Very honest, upfront, and do great work in timely manner. Will always take my tuck here for pm and repairs.
Received excellent service from Jacob and the team at Integrity. The first time I had my oil bath axles serviced here and the second I had brakes changed, bearings, boards replaced, 16 lights added to my gooseneck trailer and a few other additions. They had it done within 2 days and I was back on the road. Definitely recommend their service and thanks again for answering all of my questions!
