Then she charges an extra UNEEDED INSURANCE POLICY on top of that? The closing I had with them on the previous occasion took the over 1 year to get the DOCS PROPERLY FILED. Do NOT use the Winter Haven office, especially if you don't like nasty receptionists, extra charges and mistakes.
