They have an F rating with the BBB for a reason. Check there before you call for a quote. This company is totally unprofessional. I asked for quote of my big items and let them know I would be moving all small items and boxes myself. They worked up a quote based on moving some boxes stating that I would only be charged for the time it took to move my items and would not be penalized if my move took less than the quoted time. gave a quote and then jacked the price up after everything was loaded and would not unload unless I paid them the price. They also claim that all moves are insured, but they lost a box and refused to pay for the contents. They will call you back immediately if you leave a message stating you want a quote, but as soon as the move is done, if you call about an insurance claim or anything else, they do not pick up, return voice mails, or answer emails. This is about the Cleveland branch of this company - deliberately underbid for a job, and then jacked up the price when it came time to unload - this is the kind of shakedown job one is really not prepared for. Terrible. Will never work with this company again, and would advise anyone deciding to hire them to make sure you get an exact quote that they can't screw around with.
