Eagan Orthodontist you should not be using this company. The company failed to make monthly payments towards my bill for five months and never contacted me. When I called them, the woman got defensive and rude and hung up. She also refuse to answer my call. I expressed this to my orthodontist to remove my account. They agreed.
I can’t even begin to put in words how awful this woman treated me over the phone. Rude, unprofessional, combative. I’m so surprised my orthodontist continues to use this company. Definitely going to reach out to my state representative to see what more can be done based on the other reviews.
The woman who answers the phone is defensive and rude. She ignores calls and refuses to take any accountability.
I have never spoken to anyone so rude in my entire life. Pits, I believe is her name, lacks basic customer service skills. She talks to you like you are nothing. This company lacks compassion, and when you ask to speak to a manager, you are not given that ability. I had a horrible experience with speaking to her. I see that every review this company has is negative. I understand why.
I thought I was the only one with this problem. Very very very very rude and on more than one occasion.
