We were referred to Integrity Exteriors by a friend and neighbor, who contracted with them after a major hail storm in our neighborhood, and they came highly recommended. The sales rep that we worked with, Dan, could not have been better and more accommodating. He met with the insurance adjuster and facilitated all the paperwork for the insurance claim, which took that stress off our plate. This company operates without professionalism or integrity. It relies on low-cost labor, which results in poor craftsmanship and inconsistent quality. The owner, Mike Kunnemann, demonstrates a lack of honesty and accountability. Don’t be misled by the sales team’s enthusiasm—it does not reflect the company’s true standards.

After a hail storm in mid May 2025, I was in need of roof repairs and hoped the damage would be covered. I was recommended to Integrity Exteriors by a friend, who used to work with Mike in the industry and they did not disappoint! Dan Phillips was an integral part of getting my claim approved. We absolutely loved working with Integrity Exteriors, especially Bret. From start to finish Bret and his team of skilled workers made the installation of our new roof a fast and excellent experience. Bret is such a wonderful Production Manager and his exceptional knowledge and guidance was equal to his Customer Service.
