I'm pleasantly surprised. New to the area. Need work done on our Audi. Im always torn between the dealer and reputable shop. German cars can getcecprnsive to repair. Both have advantages. Josh and his staff nailed it. Free loaner which was nice. Always updating and communicating. Price was great and the work so far is excellent. It feels like our car got an upgrade. I had a lot done and was always kept in the loop. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend..
Update: I've continued to take my car here for various repairs and, every single time, they do a wonderful job mechanically and are so kind and patient and honest. The repairs they have made have been reliable and last too which is great to know money is being well spent. Franz and his team did a wonderful job fixing up my volvo. Had them do a fluid exchange for the drivetrain on my all-wheel-drive car, including transmission. Something was off with the transmission when I took it back, so I had them look at it again. They couldn't find the issue, so I then took it to a transmission shop down the street, where it was found that the new filter wasn't quite pushed all the way into place. A simple mistake to make.
