I had an excellent experience with Dr. Buoncristiani and the entire team. I came in needing a root canal and was a bit nervous, but from the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Unchristian was incredibly gentle, patient, and very skilled, the procedure went smoothly and pain-free. The staff was kind, professional, and truly caring throughout my visit. I’m so grateful for the level of care I received and highly recommend this office to anyone needing endodontic treatment.
Honestly Dr B was amazing, compassionate, and made light of a terrible situation. Nora, not so much. Having worked in the dental field for years, the front desk experience is very very important. She was not kind. Very pushy and rude. If you’ve ever experienced tooth pain, it’s not something that’s easy to deal with so a little compassion goes a long way.
I can’t say enough great things about this business. I’ve seen Dr. John Buoncristiani twice now for two different root canals over the years and he is amazing. Very talented. I never feel any pain and always great results. He is extremely patient and professional in the initial consult as well as the actually surgeries. He always takes time to carefully explain everything to me which I appreciate. He even personally calls me after the procedure as a follow up to make sure everything is ok. His staff is also amazing. Where do I start? I haven’t had dental treatment myself in about five years and the last time I had a root canal was so long ago I don’t even remember. Right from the phone call and the compassion I received on the other end to getting me in on the day and time that I had a window of opportunity to going home with a completed root canal this experience was so professional!
