10 toes down, I highly recommend this office for multiple reasons. I did not have a single office experience. I had multiple office experiences and consequently feel confident in writing my review. Due to a very unfortunate situation with a walnut shell breaking my tooth, I was sent here directly from my dentist to evaluate for a root canal. Dr. Otis did an excellent job on my root canal. He is very knowledgeable and his staff was very pleasant to work with as well.
Dr. Bouncristiani and his staff are wonderful. I don’t ever have to wait, they do an amazing job and literally have the best wait room with coffee, drinks and snacks ever.
I had a mid-afternoon dentist's appointment for a toothache only to discover that I would need a root canal. The dentist's office was able to call and set up a same-afternoon appointment with Dr. Otis. From the moment I arrived, the staff were courteous and professional. The procedure was painless and efficient. If I have to get another root canal (although I sincerely hope not), I would make it a point to come here.
