Came on time and did the installation.
Showed up to replace failed (visibly melted and scorched) automatic transfer switch for whole home generator after a storm with multiple blackouts and brownouts to restore utility power to house. Ended up replacing switch and re-wiring issues with grounds and neutrals on home electrical panel and installing a surge protector to protect house from future issues and insure box was up to current electrical codes.
