Worked out great. Couldn't ask for better service then I received. I had an old house ventilation fan and switch removed that i felt were a fire hazard. All wires were capped off and he even capped off some other wires in the attic that he felt were unsafe and needed to be capped off properly.
Evan did a beautiful job. Explained how to use timer switch. We are always pleased with his work.

Integrity is great. They are responsive, return phone calls and complete all work neatly and efficiently.
Do not use this company. The attic fan they installed lasted less than 2 years and when I contacted them to see if they could take a look and see why it burned out prematurely they were no help at all. They said they’re not responsible for the motors they install. I asked if they could come see if maybe there was just a problem with the thermostat, but all they offered was to come and put in a new fan at the full original price of $465. Research online said the average lifetime of an attic fan in NJ is 10–15 years.
