I called Integrity to come and looked on our gate that not close all the way and they were able to have a technician coming out within an hour. Javier showed up on time as they said and after assessing the gate motor he suggested to replace the electronic board. After he replaced the board and reprogrammed the opener everything worked just great. Very happy with his ability to diagnose the issue so quickly and to repair it. He was very helpful and professional. Fantastic service.

Needed to replace our old gate motor, I got 4 quotes from different contractors. Integrity was quick to respond and to answer all of my question. They provided me with detailed quote with better price from the others. They arrived early and finished the job quickly than I expected. Their workers were a team of professional and hard workers. They did a quality job and very clean. Very professional company with great customer service.

First of all, I had a bad experience with Integrity and then called a company by the name of LP Gate, only to finally find out that it’s the same people who own both businesses. I paid $39 service call for Integrity to come out and they told me it was most likely two problems. The motor was no good and the batteries needed replacing. They quoted $5,000 entire unit, but said I could just replace the 2 batteries at $1,200 and it might last a bit longer.
