We use American Home Shield and they assigned this vendor to resolve our electrical two-way switch issue. We called several times and were not able to get ahold of anyone. Finally someone sent me a text messaged and told me they were 3-4weeks out and couldn't help us and to call our home warranty back because they declined the request as soon as it came in and we need to find someone else. I had to rate Integrity Electric in order to post my comments. It would not let me quote a MINUS star! I used Integrity in March of 2018. I had an electrical problem and they arrived, fixed and I paid the technician with a check in the amount of $276.46. He left and his office called me the next morning to state that they had changed their name and I needed to write a new check from Mr. Electric to Integrity Electric. Showed up on time, 10 minutes early. Estimate on a project, pointed things out to me that needs to be fixed in order to pass inspections that every one else ignored. I guess waiting for the inspector to tell me that they needed to have this and that fixed and charge for added work. Nice to get to actual cost of my project up front.
