These guys are amazing. They came and spent about 3 hours diagnosing our AC issues. Since we had another appointment with another company the next day for an estimate, they didn’t try to push us to hire them immediately. They gave us a very fair quote and told us they would wait for us to call them once the other company provided their estimate. That’s the ultimate honesty and customer service. Integrity HVAC came out after I placed a claim through my home warranty for several issues with my air conditioning. The team troubleshooted very thoroughly And discovered a bad part and a blower/blower motor that needed replacing. They also discovered that there was a few inch gap between my ductwork and the blower system itself, resulting in air, escaping the duct Work.
