Took a document to get notarized and was running around with my children, I was taken care of promptly and courteously, as a small business owner myself I value customer service and it was great! I will be utilizing their services again. Plus side: Bilingual!
Vanessa and her Mother are very professional, courteous and friendly. They have always treated me & wife with respect and care for our problems , whatever they might be. They have always found time to take care of our business/paperwork. I highly recommend them for your legal, taxes , fingerprints ect.. I can't imagine anyone giving them a bad review, so don't pay attention to them, try them yourself and see that what I'm telling you is true. Staff had a really bad attitude, she kept taking deep breaths like she was aggregated, she left the room in the middle of working with me to talk to other people. Every question I had she said we are a 3rd party vendor so I don’t know. Never got the chance to get my fingerprints done. I will just go the next town over before I go back there.
