We had a great experience with Integrity Distributors. They replaced a window for us, and although we had to wait a few weeks for the custom order, they communicated clearly and kept us updated throughout the process. Some woman pulled out in front of me while I was on a bicycle. She was supposedly in a hurry to get her children from school. A local police officer works, or owns a business next to this company. She offered me a new bike the next day, but when she brought the bike there, the brakes were locking up. The owner of the company had video footage, but a report was never filed, & owner would not let me see the video.
