Called to get a front main seal done on my truck. They over priced the job claiming it took 8.5 hrs. They said they use alldata which so does my dad's shop. The job calls for 3.8hrs. I asked them why such an high difference and they said they would call me back. Now they won't answer my phone calls. It's a shame. I took my 6.0 there a few years ago and I don't think they did me wrong them. What a shame. Not so integrity diesel.
I would like to share my experience with integrity diesel because it was definitely a bad experience. I dropped my 2016 ram 2500 Cummins off with a P0750 code that indicates something is wrong with the solenoid pack inside of the transmission. The P0750 code is only indicative of an electrical failure. After 3 days of it sitting in the parking lot, they were finally able to pull it in for a diagnosis. Outstanding work and dedication to customer service! Truck runs amazing!
Not very happy I dropped off my truck 03 diesel long starts. They replaced my fuel filter which I did 2K miles before. She still doesn’t start in the morning with out starting fluid. I wanted a fuel injection test completed.
Great people, excellent service. They went above and beyond our expectations.
