I was a patient at your office, so I'm not sure why you're suggesting that my one-star review was left by mistake. I gave this practice one star for several reasons. On multiple visits, I waited more than 20-25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I also received misleading information regarding insurance coverage and billing. Every procedure I had was unnecessarily uncomfortable because Dr. J worked without a dental assistant. This practice was recommended to me by another patient. The individualized care and consideration given here is great. I’ve learned better self care routines and have had some small cavities filled with ease. Barely felt the novocaine. Johnathan has a calming presence that puts me right at ease. The office atmosphere Johnathan cultivates is warm and welcoming, always beautifully decorated. Clean and beautiful space. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up from me!
