Overall, this place is not very organized. They overcharged me for a medication for my infant. I was supposed to get a 3 month supply, but they had to break it into 3 different refills, for which I was charged the same amount 3 times. They promised it would be delivered a certain day, which didn’t happen and leaves us without meds for him. The front desk personnel was also not very professional.
The front desk girl twirled a phone cord between her fingers laughing at the other line, all while I begged them to do their jobs. I didn't get my medicine after waiting in the parking lot for a long time. UPDATE: I got a call from someone in their department and they made it right. my medicine was shipped. I'm really thankful. I still stand by the fact anyone who's the first person people meet is the face of your company, if they're unprofessional to people who are sick and struggling they should be working elsewhere.

The staff is great and it's always a pleasure to pick up prescriptions at Integrity. They are well known for their compounded medications and you can trust their ingredients of high quality.
All medications are filled immediately with no issues. Customer service is exceptional! Appreciate the friendly communication when I need to call in.
