The front desk girl twirled a phone cord between her fingers laughing at the other line, all while I begged them to do their jobs. I didn't get my medicine after waiting in the parking lot for a long time. UPDATE: I got a call from someone in their department and they made it right. my medicine was shipped. I'm really thankful. I still stand by the fact anyone who's the first person people meet is the face of your company, if they're unprofessional to people who are sick and struggling they should be working elsewhere.

The staff is great and it's always a pleasure to pick up prescriptions at Integrity. They are well known for their compounded medications and you can trust their ingredients of high quality.
All medications are filled immediately with no issues. Customer service is exceptional! Appreciate the friendly communication when I need to call in.
I was charged $125 for a compounded prescription I later got at Lacy’s for $59. Won’t be going back. ETA: For full transparency — this was the exact same prescription, transferred by your pharmacy to Lacy’s, where it was filled for $59 instead of $125. I also reached out directly before leaving this review and never received a response. I understand pricing can vary, but a more than 100% markup makes no sense, especially with no explanation or follow-up.
