I had a nightmare installation done by bad contractors causing a brand new unit to breakdown with every error in the book. Diego did an excellent diagnosing the machine in 100+ degree weather. He was meticulous and went through every possible issue. Unfortunately the damage done caused the job to drag out but Diego continued working.
