Jason came out on a Saturday to check out my AC unit that suddenly quit working the night before. Fortunately it came back on before he got out to my home, but he still looked over everything and walked me through what he was checking and showed me why he was doing what he was doing. Really good communication. He diagnosed the problem back to a capacitor that was nearing the end of its days and replaced it promptly.
