I got a text when the technician was on his way. I appreciated that. They were professional and neat and let me know the status of the system before they left.

Outstanding service call. Two Integrity technicians responded and thoroughly checked my heat pumps and solved the air but no heated air. Replaced batteries. Excellent service. And then: no charge.
