Cole performed a very thorough check of the system and determined there is a refrigerant leak. He charged the system and tightened the connections at the outdoor unit. Next Spring he plans to evacuate the system and individually pressure test the three circuits to determine if and where there is a leak. Great work!

Cole was Pleasant. The only thing he left out was to test all zones before he left like all former techs have done. It’s an old boiler and this test gives peace of mind.

Andrew Landry was great at explaining the process and was completely done in a timely manner. He spent time to explain the remote control buttons and how to fill out the product registration. I would highly recommend them and will use them for all our cooling and heating needs.
