After being with them for a year now, I highly recommend seeing them if you haven't already. They're the first doctor's office where I've actually felt seen and heard. Dr. Shumate is the nicest, most caring doctor I've ever met, and the receptionist, Sami, is amazing. I really recommend them if you're looking for a good place to get hrt.
I want to clarify the sequence of events regarding my prior review. I originally shared an honest account of my experience. Following that review, actions were taken by management that I felt were inappropriate and unprofessional. Because my wife was employed by one of the related businesses at the time, there was significant pressure surrounding the situation.
