Kept in contact when cleaning had to be rescheduled due to temperatures. Carpets turned out great. They were really dirty from our 4 dogs. Great customer service.

They do not live up to their name. If you have questions about their prices, they get very upset and defensive and ultimately block you. They charge fees twice, offer promotions and deals but do not honor them, have click bait but do not respond timely. Very disrespectful What I wish your response would have been, was a justification as to why you “estimated” more for a one room, stairs, and a hallway then you did for four rooms and a hallway.
