I have used Integrity Carpet & Upholstery multiple times over the past few years. James always provides the same great service. He arrives early and walks through the house with you to discuss everything to be cleaned, including couches & chairs. He asks if you would like any furniture moved, and there is no additional charge for that! The most recent time he cleaned, I had not moved everything off of the carpets before he got there. James is amazing!!! He says he doesn't need to advertise much because he has that much repeat business! I bet it's true! I have been using him for years! He has gotten out wine stains, red food dye from the cat food in cat vomit, and the black from dyed mulch that was ground into my carpet!!! This week a planter got spilled which basically had muddy water in it. photo attached. Notice how the dirty water had soaked into the carpet. When he walked in he said "ohhh." I thought I was sunk. James is amazing! He turned an embarrassingly filthy rug, covered in cat urine, into a clean presentable rug again. He was professional, on time and very kind. We will definitely be using his services again in the future, thank you so much!
