I have used Integrity Carpet & Upholstery multiple times over the past few years. James always provides the same great service. He arrives early, walks through the house with you and discusses everything needed. He asks if you need would like any furniture moved - there is no additional charge! The most recent time he cleaned the carpets I had not moved everything off of them. He helped me finish that before he started. James is amazing! He turned an embarrassingly filthy rug, covered in cat urine, into a clean presentable rug again. He was professional, on time and very kind. We will definitely be using his services again in the future, thank you so much!

We’ve been using James for many years now. He does an amazing job on our carpets (and we have a lot of pets who have accidents)! He is very thorough and takes a lot of pride in his work. He is great at communicating and shows up when he says he will. He’s also super friendly! I highly recommend him!
