Our representative (Noah) first took pictures of our roof to show us all the damage from wind & hail. He worked with our insurance company to get the best deal. He showed us all the differences in the shingles & kept us up to date on when our roof would be done. He was here different times when the roofers were here and even help them do some of the cleaning up! Follow ups even after the roof was finished. IBC Roofing did a fabulous job from start to finish. Our sales rep, Matt Johnson, did a fist rate job of explaining their process and scheduling everything around our needs. He stayed in touch and communicated throughout the job. The work crew was on time, efficient, and thorough. They stayed on the job more than 12 hours the first day and stayed until every detail was addressed and cleanup complete the next day.
